Huseyin Tuncel (percussions), Murat Buket (guitar), Ceyda Pirali (piano,
keyboards) Incesaz was formed after the recording of Ahenk by Derya and
Murat with the addition of Cengiz Onural. Incesaz’s U.S. debut recording
will be released in 2003 by Golden Horn Records.

Byzantine & Ottoman Classical Music The Romeiko Ensemble, which features
singers and musicians from the U.S., Greece and Turkey, has brought its
hauntingly beautiful sacred sounds to audiences throughout Europe and
the U.S. for a decade. The 22-member ensemble led by Dr. Yiorgos Bilalis
specializes in Byzantine chant and the court music of Constantinople,
as well as the mystical music of the Ottoman Empire.
